We want to design and create a building block based on a non relational database that processes and offers all customer data to SugarCRM based on behaviour and / or
(un)planned activities. For example: A customer that has a question about a product asks this question to an employee, that registers the question in CRM. NBA sees a sales opportunity based on a previous purchase and helps the employee in making an offer for the customer.
